标志性成果4:量子点背光技术


光致发光量子点背光模组/Photoluminescence quantum-dot backlight module

提出一种基于量子点导光板(QD-LGP)网点微结构阵列的量子点背光新技术。通 过调整红/绿量子点在浆料中的用量比例实现出光颜色白平衡,采用传统的丝网印刷或者 喷墨打印技术将配制好的量子点浆料转移到导光板的下表面。该背光模组的量子点用量较少,适用常温下制作工艺,、且无需增加新组件,维持薄形化,具有柔性应用前 景。申请获批国家重点研发计划项目1项,福建省科技项目1项,发表论文超过20篇, 申请专利10余件。

A novel quantum dot backlighting technique based on quantum dot light guide plate (QD-LGP) microstructure arrays is proposed. The white balance of the light is achieved by adjusting the ratio of the red / green quantum dot in the slurry, and the prepared quantum dot slurry is transferred to the bottom surface of the light guide plate by the traditional screen printing or ink jet printing technique. The backlight modules have a small usage quantity of quantum dots, are suitable for the fabrication process at room temperature, and do not need new components to maintain thin shape, which has application prospect of flexible components. This project is supported by the national key research plan projects and Fujian provincial science and technology project, and published more than 20 papers and over 10 patents.
