自1989年始,我们先后在福建省科技厅重点专项、 国家科技部863计划的长期支持下,采用新型微纳材料、 复合阴极组件、微纳阴栅器件结构、低逸出功阴极激活技术、子行驱动技术和真空封接技术,研制成功4英寸、 20英寸、25英寸、34英寸单色和彩色印刷FED显示器, 其中34英寸彩色FED显示器的阴极逸出功低于1 eV,分辨 率1024x3x720,最高亮度500 cd/m2,灰度等级256级,对比度4000:1。34英寸彩色印刷FED显示器是中国最好的FED显示器,也是国际上 第三大FED显示器,开辟了第三条大屏幕低成本FED显示器技术路线。相关技术已应用 于高性能LCD显示器和电视机产品开发中.
Since the beginning of 1989, under the long-term support of the key special project of Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Department and National Science and Technology 863 Program, we have applied the new micro-nano material, composite cathode assembly, micro-nano- gate device structure, low work function cathode activation technology, sub-line drive technology, and vacuum sealing technology, to successfully develop monochrome and color printing FED display monitors with the size of 4 inches, 20 inches, 25 inches and 34 inches. Among them, the 34- inch color FED display has a cathode work function below 1 eV, a resolution of 1024 x 3 x 720, a maximum brightness of 500 cd / m2, a grayscale level of 256, and a contrast ratio of 4000: 1. The 34-inch color printing FED display monitor is the best FED display monitor in China and it is also the world*s third-largest FED display monitor, which opens up the third large-screen and low-cost FED display technology line. The related technologies have been used in the development of high performance LCD displays and television products.

与传统荧光灯背光源不同,FED背光源是一种轻薄高效、调节简易的背光源, 特别适用于制作局域动态调光调色显示器背光源和照明器具。自2004年开始,我们 先后在福建省科技厅和福建省发改委重点专项支持下,采用新型微纳材料、复合阴 极组件、低逸出功阴极激活技术、真空封接技术和宽域调光调色技术,研制成功 20英寸、25英寸、34英寸单色和白光印刷FED背光源,其中34英寸白光印刷FED背 光源的阴极逸出功1.1eV,最高亮度8000 cd/m2,调光调色范围100%. 34英寸白 光印刷FED背光源是中国最好的FED背光源,也是国际上第二大FED背光源,开辟 了第二条大屏幕低成本FED背光源的技术路线。相关技术已应用于高性能LCD背光模组产品开发中。
Unlike traditional fluorescent backlight, the FED backlight is a lightweight, highly efficient, and easy-to-adjust backlight that is particularly suitable for making the local dynamic dimming color display backlight and the lighting device. Among them, the 34-inch color FED backlight has a cathode work function of 1.1 eV9 a maximum brightness of 8000 cd / m2, and dimming color range 100%. The 34-inch white printing FED display monitor is the best FED backlight in China and it is also the world,s second-largest FED backlight, which open up the second large-screen and low-cost FED backlight technology line. The related technologies have been used in the development of high performance LCD backlight module products.
