微纳显示及MR/AR/VR技术 /Micro-nano display and MR/AR/VR technology

已成功研制出多种规格Micro-LED显示器件,包括0.55英寸CMOS驱动的绿光和蓝光 AM-Micro-LED微显示器件(分辨率640x360,像素点阵19.2um, 1300 PPI) ; 0.55英寸蓝光PM-Micro-LED微显示器件(分辨率128x128),以及PM驱动的 80x120阵列Micro-LED透明显示屏(芯片大小为25umx15 um, pitch为126.6 um) o提出以位移电流为本质的电子振荡一发光原理,成功硏发无电极接触无载流子注 ANLED,具有国际领先水平。提出电场驱动NLED新模式,器件尺寸可减少到纳米量级, 功耗大为降低,驱动更为精密。

A variety of Micro-LED display devices have been successfully developed, including 0.55-inch CMOS-driven green and blue AM-Micro-LED micro-display devices (resolution 640x360, pixel lattice 19.2m, 1300 PPI); 0.55-inch blue PM-Micro-LED microdisplay device (resolution 128x128), and 80x120 array Micro-LED transparent led display driven by PM (chip size 25umxl5 um, pitch 126.6 um). The principle of electronic oscillation-luminescence based on displacement current was put forward, and the NLED without electrode contact and carrier injection was successfully developed, which has reached the international leading level. A new mode of electric field driving NLED is proposed, which can reduce the device size to nanometer scale, greatly reduce the power consumption and make the driving more precise.
