标志性成果6：垂直薄膜晶体管

研制了一系类基于垂直薄膜晶体管的高性能柔性传感器、存储器以及神经形态器件。将垂直薄膜晶体管与发光二极管或太阳能电池集成，实现了高效精准的载流子输运和复合过程调控，有效提高器件性能。已发表论文30余篇，申请和授权专利20余件。
